When are you open?

We are open Monday-Wednesday from 8-5, Thursday from 8-1, and Friday from 9-2.  There are some exceptions to these hours in which our team is off for education, team training, or vacation.  So, if you're ever curious, feel free to give us a call.

Are you currently accepting New Patients?

Heck yes we are.  It is a great honor to see new patients and their friends and family.  Don't wait! Call to talk to one of our amazing team members today. 

Which insurances do you accept?

We accept all insurances, and we will even process the claims.  You don't have to lift a finger, and the insurance just sends you a check directly.   Centreville Family Dentistry employs specially trained Treatment Coordinators to maximize each patient's unique insurance plan.  We are committed to assisting in the process by offering up to date information in our office and our site.

Do you offer additional financial aid options for dental services?

We are partnered with Proceed Finance, which is a financing agency that offers loans for dental services (essential, cosmetic, etc.) Click the button below to learn more and get pre-qualified.

What do I do in the event of a dental emergency?

Please call our office at 269-467-9325 and we will help schedule an appointment as soon as possible. If the office is closed, call the after-hours emergency number given on the answering machine and someone will get back to you quickly.

We make it a priority to deal with dental emergencies as promptly as possible to help resolve the issue and make sure you are comfortable.

What is your policy for canceling an appointment?

We ask that you give us as much notice as possible when having to cancel an appointment. We appreciate you giving us a call to cancel and reschedule 48 hours in advance.

Since your appointment time is reserved solely for you, a charge may be applied to your account for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice and for failed, "no show" appointments.

Is this office scary or fun?

It's fun of course! Our team is full of wonderful, charming people that are very unique and interesting. We take a lot of pride in the work we do to improve the Connected Patient Experience in our office. We also encourage patients to help us improve that experience. So if you notice anything that could be better, Speak Up! We love and appreciate feedback.
