There are no time requirements for the video – as long or short as you’d like it to be to do your story justice! We will accept submissions until October 3rd, 2024. Then, we will select 4 finalists and we will share their stories on CFD’s Facebook page! Whichever story has the most engagement at the end of the week will begin a new phase of their life – the journey towards a rejuvenated smile and a renewed outlook.
